London to Brighton 21st June 2026
I’m embarking on the London
to Brighton bike ride. 54 miles
of sweat, scenery, and
solidarity to raise £54,000 all
in support of the British Heart
Foundation. In 2019, I suffered
heart failure on stage, of all
places.
I kept performing, then flew home, only to end up in ICU within hours. I was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy and told I may one day need a heart transplant. I nearly died and it changed everything.
I’m trading punchlines for pedals to raise funds and awareness for better research, treatments, and ultimately, lives saved. Please donate and help me hit that lofty target: £54,000 for a cause that helped give me a second chance, the British Heart Foundation
