50th annniversary. 54 miles

of sweat and scenery to raise

£50K000 in support of the

British Heart Foundation.

In 2019, I suffered heart failure

on stage, of all places.

 

I kept performing, then flew home, only to end up in ICU within hours. I was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy and told I may one day need a heart transplant. I nearly died and it changed everything.
